    Refund policy

    At Tana Heritage, each garment is hand-finished and carefully checked before it leaves our studio. As our pieces are rooted in craft, slight variations in weave, print, or color are natural and celebrated as part of their handmade story. These are not considered defects.

    That said, if you face an issue with sizing, fit, or quality, we will do our best to make it right.

    Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

    Items must be:
    Unused and unwashed.
    In original condition with all tags intact.
    Packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

    Returns are eligible for:
    Size exchanges (subject to availability).
    Store credit (valid for 6 months).

    We do not offer cash or card refunds.

    Sale, discounted, or custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Process to Request a Return or Exchange

    Share your order number, item details, and the reason for return or exchange.

    Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address along with packing guidelines.

    Once the item reaches us and passes our quality check, we will issue your store credit or dispatch the replacement.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

    For approved exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost using standard shipping.

    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or cover the return shipping charges.

    A replacement will be sent at no extra cost once the issue is verified.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
    Customized or made-to-order garments.
    Gift cards and accessories, if applicable.
