    Refund policy

    At Tana Heritage, each garment is hand-finished and carefully checked before it leaves our studio. As our pieces are rooted in craft, slight variations in weave, print, or color are natural and celebrated as part of their handmade story. These are not considered defects.

    That said, if you face an issue with sizing, fit, or quality, we will do our best to make it right.

    Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

    Returns and exchanges are accepted free of cost within 14 calendar days of delivery.

    Items must be:
    Unused and unwashed.
    In original condition with all tags intact.
    Packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

    Returns are eligible for:

    • A size exchange, subject to availability.

    • Store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

    • A full refund to your preferred payment method.

    Process to Request a Return or Exchange

    Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can process your return/exchange free of cost and arrange a solution at the earliest.

    Share your order number, item details, and the reason for return or exchange.

    Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address along with packing guidelines.

    When requesting a return or exchange, please let us know whether you would prefer a refund, store credit, or a size exchange. Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your chosen option. Size exchanges are subject to availability. Approved refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

    Return Shipping

    We will process the return shipping at our end free of cost within 1-2 business days of notification 

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or cover the return shipping charges.

    A replacement will be sent at no extra cost once the issue is verified.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Customized or made-to-order garments.
    Gift cards and accessories, if applicable.
